Thirty ink and watercolor drawings for the brewery at Pimlico, London. They depict site plans, floorplans, elevations, and sections of the brewhouse building five years after its construction. These record drawings are preceded by a five page handwritten introduction in which Saunders offers a detailed account of the problems he encounted during construction of this heavy building on marshy soil. Bound in full leather covering with gold stamping along the edges. Annotated in pencil (a few drawings).
